Dan co-founded UWP with Dipta in 2012 – he designs and builds high-value internal systems for finance-adjacent businesses.

With over 20 years of experience, including 15 at Artemis, he combines deep domain knowledge with hands-on technical delivery.

He has led full-stack SQL builds, built financial models, created dashboards and optimised CRMs, helping to transform how firms manage complexity and workflow automation.

Nazeeha Hasan


Healthcare Marketing Consultant

Nazeeha brings 20+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, commercial & medical consulting and advisory services to head up UWP’s healthcare marketing team.

She turns specialist language, ideas and data into healthcare marketing strategies that make sense to everyone from payers and providers to product and commercial teams, as well as clinicians and scientists.

Nazeeha has built a track record of driving innovation, transformation and sustainable growth for clients backed by a PhD in neurogenomics and experience with big pharma, venture capital and technology.

Morven oversees all our PPC campaigns and in her 5+ years at UWP has managed budgets of £400k+ a year for one of the biggest brands in the world.

She runs lean, efficient paid campaigns and builds creative plans that improve clients’ businesses, not just their KPIs.

Head of Content Strategy

A certified copywriter with 15+ years of experience creating or advising on content, Rich’s experience spans digital marketing, journalism, consulting and market research.

His skill set combines project delivery and content marketing strategy. Some of his previous work has received media coverage in the likes of City AM and The Drum.

Rich manages the content calendar for our clients with responsibility for delivering Google rankings and traffic via copywriting across web pages, blogs, newsletters, video scripts, social media and more.
