Neale joined UWP in early 2011 and heads up our web development team. He’s formerly head of IT at a leading global investment management company and also owned his own IT company for several years.
Neale and his team are experts at various programming languages across a multitude of content management systems so – whether it’s a minor tweak to your website or a complex project that needs building from scratch – we can handle it.

Andy joined UWP in 2013 and heads up our copywriting team. He has written for various national newspapers and taught at the UK’s leading journalism school.
